On the final stretch of Cannes, when the Croisette has already seen its share of red carpets, champagne flashes and midnight arrivals, KILIAN PARIS offered something more intimate, and infinitely more sensorial: a party that did not simply celebrate a fragrance, but seemed to step inside one.
Hosted by Kilian Hennessy, Founder and Creative Director of KILIAN PARIS, the evening took over the Carlton Beach Club for a scented finale to the festival festivities. The occasion was the launch of Her Majesty, the maison’s new fragrance built around the rose, that eternal emblem of beauty, seduction and drama.
The dress code, “Make the Croisette blush,” set the tone before guests even reached the shore. Inside, the Carlton Beach Club had been transformed into a soft pink dreamscape, wrapped in drapery that fell like a cascade of petals. A rounded photocall, enveloped in the same blush fabric, welcomed arrivals into a universe where everything felt deliberately theatrical, from the rose-tinted setting to the oversized bottle of Her Majesty, staged as the evening’s grand centerpiece.
The perfume’s floral language extended far beyond the visual. At a fully floral bar, signature cocktails translated the fragrance into taste, while on the terrace, a giant KILIAN PARIS carafe illuminated the shoreline, turning the beachfront into a glowing extension of the brand’s olfactive fantasy. It was Cannes at its most indulgent: part party, part installation, part fragrant fever dream. As the night deepened, DJ sets by Shuzo and Pascal Moscheni carried the crowd into a late-hour rhythm, with guests dancing against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. The evening reached its crescendo with artistic fireworks and live performances lighting up the Croisette sky, a radiant finale that felt tailor-made for a festival built on spectacle.
Among the guests were Kilian Hennessy, Heidi Klum, Dita Von Teese, Coco Rocha, Francisco Lachowski, Naïka, Gunna, Mina El Hammani, Leonie Hanne, Angelina Frerk, Chase Hudson, Iris Mittenaere and Valentina Ferragni, each adding to the night’s glamorous, mischievous energy.
