AM: In your opinion, what makes this particular hotel from the Starhotels group so different?
When
entering the Castille Paris, our wonderful 5-star hotel in the heart of
Paris, the first thing guests come across is our welcoming service. Our
hotel takes great pride of our services being delivered at the highest

AM: What are some of your signature services?
Our
5-star hotel aims to fulfill the desires of all our guests. Upon
entering the Castille Paris for the first time, surrounded by pastel
hues and soft lights, guests immediately experience that special mix of
elegance, warmth and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotels’ 82 rooms and 26
suites and junior suites are an oasis of relaxation after a day spent
exploring the superb museums of Paris or shopping. At Castille, a fine
dining experience awaits our guest created and signed by
Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati. The L’Assaggio has been assigned 1
plate and 2 forks by the Michelin Guide. Here, you will find dishes as
delectable for the plate as they are for the eyes. Offering
international and local guests the unprecedented opportunity to
experience the traditions and philosophy of one of Piedmont’s most
representative chefs. One can enjoy our sunlit Patio, surrounded by
hints of nature, a beautiful fresco and our signature fountain.
Furthermore, guests can indulge in a wellness experience or they could
enjoy our fitness center. Additionally, the Castille Paris holds three
meeting spaces, perfect for ceremonies, cocktails and meetings. We take

AM: How would you describe your relationship with your loyal and long-stay clients?
The
Castille Paris’ relationship with loyal or long-stay clients is that we
allow them to indulge themselves through top services. We built a
trusting relationship with our guests and offer them the familiar touch
they are longing for. We take pride in knowing our guests, including
their likes and dislikes and respecting the habits of each and every
client. By doing so, their stay can be a warm and welcoming to the
extent that they desire whilst being able to enjoy a sense of discrete
service being offered.
AM: And what are some memorable events that took place at your hotel?
Numerous
memorable events have taken place at the Castille Paris. Some of my
personal favorites are the events we had created with an element of
surprise. For instance, on Valentine’s Day we had the pleasure of
welcoming our customers to a romantic dinner. During their dinner,
guests were surprised with a ballet performance with dancers of the
National Opera of Paris. The performance was under the artistic
direction of Alessio Carbone, one of the First Opera dancers of the
Opera Ballet of Paris. Another personal favorite would consist of the
New Year’s Eve event where once again our guests were surprised by a
team of lyric sopranos. We aim for our services to allow guests to have
unforgettable experiences with us, which thus lead to all these
memorable events. But, through our passion of hospitality, we not only
aim for guests to have these treasured experiences during events, but
also enjoy a these experiences every day.
