AM: Frédérique, tell us more about your offerings
Our salon offers ultra-personalized beauty services from head-to-toe with a unique and refined experience. Members of the CoolBay team are regularly trained to remain at the top of their know-how. They also actively participate in the process of developing these services as they are aware of the needs of our loyal customers.
AM: The beauty sector is constantly evolving, how do you stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements?
Being informed is an essential component of our work. Whether it’s new products, machines, technologies, techniques or new laws, it’s our duty to be up to date. To do so, we participate in seminars and conventions, we carry out research and document ourselves on scientific and technological advancements.
The other key element is the expertise of our team; A good master in their fields, should it be hairdressing, nail or skincare, they know how to identify a trend, technique or product that will have a future.
AM: Monaco is a hub of nationalities, how are you able to maintain
services that cater to different beauty preferences and standards?
This
element represents our essence, undoubtedly one of CoolBay’s
strengths. Its multicultural team allows each customer, wherever she
comes from, to find the right technique from the other side of the
world. It is also very much appreciated by our clientele to be welcomed
in their native language, whether it is Russian, Italian, English,
French or Arabic. It makes them feel at home.
AM: You are also an official partner of the Monte-Carlo Television Festival, tell us more about it
Indeed,
we have been the official hairdresser of the Monte-Carlo Television
Festival for several years now. It was quite natural. Throughout the
years, we took care of many celebrities who live in Monaco or are
visiting as part of their activities. Actors promoting their film,
singers who have a concert here, sportsmen and sportswomen for a
tournament or famous vacationers. During the festival, the difference is
the pace. It is five days of effervescence. The whole team is euphoric
at the idea of deploying its know-how and meeting the cast of their
favorite TV series.

AM: In your own words, what makes a woman beautiful?
The beauty of a woman in my opinion is a subtle mixture of femininity and naturalness. All with a good dose of personality.
