AM: Sofia, please share your fitness and skincare routines with our readers
First of all I try to maintain a healthy diet which means decreasing my sugar intake, because I have a sweet tooth and I always find myself craving desert. I also workout five times a week and I do 40 minutes of cardio. I do drink a lot of water as well.
My skincare routine is always changing; I don’t use the same products for more than three months as my skin gets used to their ingredients and they just stop giving strong results. Some of my must-have brands are Biologique Recherche, Clarins and Guerlain.
AM: Being a fashionable personality, how would you describe your style?
I would say that I was never the type to follow trends, I love having my own style and to collect vintage bags and jewelry.
AM: And where do you like to shop?
My favorite labels are Chanel, Hermès and Loro Piana.
AM: Are you able to disconnect from your phone, every now and then?
Yes, I was never a social media addict and I don’t like to share everything, especially some aspects of my private life.
AM: What would you say is the main message you transmit to your followers?
To just believe in themselves and focus on what they can gain rather than what they lost.
AM: Besides being a public personality, would you consider a career as an actor?
Yes. I was actually taking acting classes a few months before the pandemic has started.
AM: Finally, what are some of your upcoming projects?
I’m currently working on my skincare brand so stay tuned!
