AMI Men & Women Spring/Summer 2020

The debut of men’s fashion week is always exciting particularly when a lineup of alluring ensembles starts rolling out on the Parisian catwalks.

At the Grand Palais, was a highly awaited show, the new Spring/Summer of AMI. Creative director, Alexandre Mattiussi, has always taken the capital of all fashion as a muse, which made perfect sense to celebrate his new career milestone in this historic venue.

Premium finishing and structured cuts would best describe AMI’s DNA. This season didn’t disappoint. Colors were mostly black and beige with a couple of flashy fuchsia and orange selections. The designer, who is specialized in menswear, is introducing more pieces for a woman who wishes to be distingué.

Day after day, Mattiussi, is proving that he belongs to the new generation of designers who have a longing for the simplicity and the renowned French chic-ness. His new collection, entitled Soudain l’Été Prochain (suddenly next summer is now), couldn’t be more representative of our train of thoughts.
